Hey guys,
Okay, how do you all keep under on your sugar. I've noticed that I go over more frequently than not. I have a few days where I stay under and I've stayed under on all areas. What am I doing wrong?
Today was weigh in day. I'm from 265.8 to 266.2 not a full pound, but it's up. I've added exercise to my diet, I walk 2x/day and I get in the pool and aqua jog. No weights just me and the belt and the water. I do really well with keeping within my limits for my diet, and I'm feeling full most days if not all days. I had a day where I went over on most everything cause I had a movie date and kind of threw it all out the window...but I did exercise that day and I still had my morning smoothie. This weekend should be better because I have no date, but I'm really trying to get a handle on that sugar.
I'm not diabetic but I'm at the cap of 99. I don't have glucose issues and never have until March when I doctor told me I was at the cap. It took a few months for me to come back to the world and realize that I need to do something so that's what brought me here. I'm trying, but almost feel like I'm failing. I know it's only been a few weeks, but that is about the only one that is really bugging me. I don't want to have glucose/sugar issues.
What are you thoughts?
Namaste.
