Recorvering injury

Im in two weeks lost 4 kgs. Plus i have an brachial plexus injury and I lift a little aswell. I feel i can do more then what already accomplish. Just thought i should share with you. To motivate inspire and #beastup.
Im glad i started with my fitness jorney it helps focus on the positive side of life. Stay positive dont crack keep going even if its a bad day a headache. Excuses dont win championships and winners dont blame circumstances.
