Proof is in the measurements!

So I was stressing over gaining weight since I started weight training and was getting discouraged. .. got measured last night and I’m down 2 1/2” in my waist and 1 1/2 on my hips!! Up on my thighs a bit but guessing that’s a bit of muscle too, as they look more toned and defined. Yay me!

    I have to measure, if not for that I'd be so disheartened. Last week the scale didn't budge, not even 0.2 pounds, but ALL of my fat measurements were down 1/4" and they have steadily been dropping.

    I'm doing more of a recomp than a cut (or bulk for that matter) so it's slower, and the scale LIES LOL!
