Hi I have entered my excercise and calories I have used it has added my calories in take is it right or I’m doing something wrong

that's the way mfp does it. it adjusts when you report exercise, because it's trying to keep you at the end-of-day calorie goal you defined.
you're still in a deficit, if that's what you're worried about. mfp just tries to make it so you don't go below a level that will be safe and sustainable.0 -
As mentioned above, MFP uses net calories because you are telling how much you need based on your activity level to meet your goals. If you add activity it adjusts the calories you need by adding them to your total.0

MFP pal does it that way, which is why I choose to use a tracker where it's easier to set up my own goals. I don't like to have my calories vary significantly day to day, so I find it easier to average it out over the week. I use the Spark People trackers instead since I can input my own goals if I choose.0

Food sometimes hard to get right sometimes guess for some of the food that's kind of the same but different calories then work out's like a elliptical machine I burned 400 it said on the machine but the time was different when I put it in so I put want ever time to get 400 calories.0
