Is there a point where the scale stops going down

So i have lost between 158-160 pounds depending on the scale weekly. I started at 210 and now i go from 150-154. I have been fluctuating this weight for about 5 months. I started at 210 back on November 2016. I workout 5-7 days a week depending on my week and i spend most of my time focusing on strength training. I do cardio every day but usually no more than 25-30 minutes. I usually eat about 1500 -1650 calories a day. I stay with Whole Foods, lean meats and veggies most of the time and even when i have a treat meal i try to stay as close to my calorie deficit as i can. I do log my food. I have put on a lot of lean muscles. I can see definition all over my body and i feel great. I would have liked to get between 140-145 but idk if that will ever happen. I have tried to tweet my calories a bit over the months and cut off about 200-300 calories to see if that would get the scale moving again however it just keeps moving from 150-154. My question is why won’t the scale go down? I’m not obsessing about it and i feel great i was just curious as to why the scale won’t go below 150. Is this because of me strength training every day and the muscles weigh a lot? I do feel i have lost inches on my waist but i haven’t measured myself in a few months. I was thinking of buying a smaller pair of pants to see if i can eventually fit them in time. I only workout so much because i actually enjoy it. I love lifting weights. It’s like my therapy. TIA
