Hey everyone! I’ve been using MFP off and on for years now. I’ve lost 61lbs but recently gained 15lbs back. My goal in 2018 is to lose 20lbs of fat while gaining muscle and this website has really helped to keep me on track with my eating goals. I am doing keto, but not making it a forever lifestyle. Using keto to help me lose some fat for a couple of months then going to a more low fat diet.

I’m just looking for friends for motivation and to help motivate others! Please don’t hesitate to friend request me, I’d love some support ❤️

    hello , exact same goal :) 20 lbs to be lost as well / not a bid deal right ? ..in couple of weeks :) dunno how realistic i as i have started using the app couple of days ago :) BTW, the app is not bad !

    - in my 30s with a full time career fitting in training and nutrition
    - trying low carb / keto right now
    - workout 3 +times a week
    - I love brazilian jiujitsu
    - I love to cook
    - I follow a lot of paleo recipes
    - Endo sufferer - I find diet is important
    - Goal is to lose 15Kg (33lb) but taking it a week at a time
