I'm 27 years old and I got braces. So now I'm a chubby adult with braces. I get them off Spring 2019 and my hope is to be 50 pounds lighter by then. I have a long way to go, and would love any support. Feel free to add me!

    Been there, done that. Be prepared to be carded all the time. But the payoff is totally worth it. FYI, stay away from gum, caramel and popcorn.

    Wonderful!!! I just got Invisalign this week and am excited to straighten my smile. How has Invisalign effected weight loss efforts? I’m finding I don’t desire snacking because it’s too much effort... did you lose any weight as a side effect?

    I had adult braces too. I was 21 when they were put on and I usually look younger than my age already. The braces made me look 15 lol.

    I'd love to know how this went! Just got my braces on a few days ago at age 41 and looking for as many motivational adult braces stories as possible.
