Why is this plato the hardest part?

    It's a killer, I did it before but you know what - these 10lb aare worth their weight in gold. You can do it - just say consistent and don't get disheartened. Look at how far you have come!

    Thank you. I know I can lol always the hardest hill to climb but with it.

    It's not harder, it's slower. It's up to you to make it harder or easier!

    When you are down to the last 5-10lbs, water weight can mask progress, also you don't have as much wiggle room in your deficit as you used to and it can be easy to go over your goal. Make sure you are weighing and measuring accurately if you aren't seeing results.

    It can be slow... And it can definitely be harder in some cases, in particular if you are already lean trying to get leaner.
