After losing 80lb I have spent the last stress filled year and a half steadily putting nearly 30lb back on. With a full time teaching job, a love of walking and arthritis in both knees I can’t afford that additional weight. I never stopped going to the gym and walking but it is much more of an effort and I want to regain that feeling of health that I had a couple of years ago. So here I am, back to proper logging and hoping to start feeling the benefits soon. May we all succeed!!
