Hi all I've just started using the milon circle the past two weeks and I'm not able to figure out how I add what I'm doing there to my fitness pal cab anyone help me out. Also how long did it take any of you to see a difference in yourselves using it. I need to lost 110 lbs thanks

I don't know anything about that particular exercise, but there are general principles: You lose weight by being in a calorie deficit, and how much you eat is way more important for weightloss than exercise is. How fast weightloss happens, is up to how much you have to lose, what calorie deficit you can create, and how consistently you can adhere to it. If 100 pounds down takes you to a normal weight, you can expect to lose up to 2 pounds per week on average in the beginning - weight loss rate decreases as you lose weight.
It's impossible to say when a difference is visible, because it not just a question of how much fat you have lost and how much muscle you have gained, but also how good you are at spotting the difference. Many people can't see any difference in their own body, but can see it clearly on others. If you're up to it, take progress pictures.
A word of caution: If you focus too much on appearance, it's hard to stay motivated. Physical performance and general wellbeing are better motivators for most people.0
