Does anyone know is there breastfeeding option whilst setting profile for weight loss? Many thanks

These are popular options. You can also log it under exercise or manually add the calories to the amount MFP gave you.0 -
Do a google to try and guesstimate how may calories it burns. It depends how old baby is and how often you are feeding. I'm feeding a 12 month old about 5 times over 24 hours and I've been putting in 250 calories. If I'm not losing I'll lower it. I tried doing it without putting it in and I was starving and had headaches. In the past I've added it in as excercise, now I add it in from the food section as minus calories.0
