Hey everyone, My name is Katrina. I was diagnosed with PCOS at the age of 12, nearly 12 years ago. I am hoping to gain a group of support and any tips/ideas of how far along some of the PCOS Sisters are with their goals. Like what kind of diet do you do/workout?     You don't need a specific diet or specific workout. You just need to burn more calories than you take in. I have (or perhaps had?) PCOS and lost 100 pounds by staying within my calorie goal.
