Motivation: Reconnecting With Your Why

Motivation: the reason or reasons one has for acting or behaving in a particular way
What is your reason(s) for wanting to be healthier?
How do you reconnect with the reason(s) or keep it in front of you?
Next time you feel your motivation is low - try reconnecting to your reason for being here - for wanting to be healthier. What is the feeling you are after? Is the choice you are about to make connected to your reason(s) and moving you closer or away from the feeling you are after?

I have to get my mind set before I commit, my anxiety has been an issue for years and I would eat a lot of times when I got upset or scared and that was a big issue with my weight. After I dealt with that for the first time in my life it seem like focusing and keep in my mind set on anything was my key! Thank you for your post it was very insightful.1
