Hi all,

I just did my first strong curves work out today. I have always been extremely self conscious about my (lack of) butt. I’m just wondering what to do with my diet so I can best maximize my results. Additional information : 5’6” 24F 138lbs

Thanks. ob7dvbstj5we.jpeg

You'd probably have success right around maintenance calories to start. Especially if you are just getting the hang of the workouts and the weights are lighter than they will be in the months to come. Eat and train. Don't "bulk".

The book has a chapter on diet. If you don’t need to lose fat then maintenance while making sure you’re getting adequate protein.

I agree with this. Eat at maintenance.
