I realized that I was drinking way too much wine and not really thinking about those calories. I would never sit down and eat 2 giant pieces of cake but I could drink a bottle of wine without a second thought. Cut out the alcohol and now its coming off, finally. My point I guess, is liquid calories need to be counted too. Now I just drink seltzer water and lots of tea without sugar.2
