Does anyone here like Taebo? I’ve been doing it ever since I was a teen and it has really worked perfectly. I’ve however only started eating correctly ever since I’ve installed this app. Now I really feel that I’m building muscle in all the right places. I’ve noticed that I was eating wrong food and not getting the body I needed. I don’t want to be thin like I was prior to having kids but rather more defined ( have muscles).

    I like Tae Bo! I just borrowed a Billy Blanks Max/extreme cardio (or cardio the Tae Bo way) from the library. I've also found a few on YouTube. I enjoy kickboxing as well. You won't really build muscle doing it, it's cardio. The kind of food you eat does not dictate whether or not you lose weight or gain muscle. It has more to do with how you train and if you are in a calorie deficit (to lose) or surplus (to gain). If you want to build muscle, start a lifting program and eat at least maintenance (to recomp) or surplus (to gain muscle and fat).
