Wow! So I have the pleasure of spending the day with a client who...
Wait for it...
Ran the 100th Boston Marathon at age 65 and ran his very last Marathon at age 76!
How’s that for motivation :)

    That's awesome! A guy I work with is 74 years old and runs 50 and 100 mile races. He runs half and full marathons every other month. Last I asked he'd run 30+ marathons and it's amazing. He's not a crazy health nut kinda guy but he is loving life. I hope I can run like him when I'm his age.
