Not sure if I can say I hit a plateau. Often times, my weight is yo-yo'ing between 119lb and 121lb. Wondering if there's any advice? I tend to try to exercise once a day weight 4 days of strength training (weightlifting, powerlifting, and a strength circuit) and 2-3 days of conditioning (metcons, HIITs, etc.). I've very recently increased conditioning. Any thoughts of encouragement?

How tall are you? How long has this fluctuation been happening? Are you counting calories?

5ft1. Since early December. And yep! I sure am counting. I have everything cataloged here and through my fitbit dashboard as well.

Hmmm. According to internet weight charts your current weight is well within normal. But I can totally relate to wanting to lose a little more.

I don’t know your daily calorie goal. If you’re keeping track of the calories you earn by exercising, try eating back just half of that. That adjustment worked for me.

Yeah, I do realize I'm within a normal weight range, but I'm still interested in reducing body fat %; Putting on ten lbs of fat hasn't helped my clothes. x)

My average intake is roughly around 1650. I don't utilize or eat back any of the earned calories via MFP; to be honest, the mathematics going into that never made sense to me, and I often found it wanted me to eat back an amount that would equal my general caloric output for the day. So, IDK now! My goal has been to keep on eye on my estimations and stay roughly 300 calories under what I end up burning for the day.
