Today I jogged 4 miles. Eating ,,,, ehhhh

My problem isn’t working out. It’s eating. I love fast food , chips and basically junk. I am a meat and potatoes kind of guy too. Not a fan of veggies. Have to get better with my diet obviously. Any suggestions??

    If you like meat maybe try a ketogenic diet? You can eat the meat (protein) but not the potatoes (carbohydrates).

    Eat what you like, just a bit less...

    And take a multi vitamin.

    I'm a fan of making shopping lists and trying to plan out your meals...so, when you are at the store...just go from item to item on your list and then leave.

    Don't bring temptation into your house...food-wise, anyway.

    If you like eggs you can try poisoning your eggs with spinach. It's pretty good imo.

    Track your stuff, and clean it up over time...if you eat a can of pringles then log it.

    This!!! Meal planning is a great start. I have an app called AnyList that is GREAT for that. You can store recipes on it, too.

    I am not a fan of veggies either. But! I have a meatloaf recipe that is so deliciously decadent that you have to try it - it has spinach. I found that if you blanch the spinach first, you can cram more in.

    Strawberry salad is AWESOME!!

    Crustless quiches with bacon, spinach and feta are also amazing. Or tomato, green peppers and cheese. Or tuna and onion and cheese (I love cheese). Or chicken and mushroom and onion
