Peanut flour is one of my favorite things hah0

Its my backup if I want PB but dont have enough in my calorie account.0

I love mixing it with oatmeal!1

I mix it with plain Greek yogurt & frozen berries, and use it to make peanut sauce for stir-fry or steamed veggies (peanut butter powder, soy sauce, rice vinegar + selected seasonings of choice such as grated fresh ginger, chopped green onions, minced garlic, Szechuan pepper, chile paste, sesame oil or whatever).4

Use it for peanut sauce- like @AnnPT77 said above. It’s so good it’s life changing!1

Oh yeah... I also put it in my coffee sometimes. I just really love peanuts and peanut butter ❤️3

Must have it for my yogurt.0

As others said, I put it in my yogurt. Greek yogurt plus PB2 equals lots of protein for not a lot of calories.2

Love it in my fruit smoothies, on toast, and in my oatmeal. I'll have to try it in yogurt.
Also love the chocolate pb powder when I'm feeling a sugar craving.0 -

Great in overnight oats!1

It was a revelation for me. I effing love peanut butter butter. My favorite treat is peanut butter on a toasted English Muffin. Before that would clock in at about 400 calories. Now, with PB2 and a 100 calorie English Muffin it's about 150. Guilt free and it tastes (almost) the same.0

I use it when I don't have the calories to spare- I like to mix up a portion, add melted chocolate chips and then freeze for about ten minutes, turns into a little Reese's cup thing.2

i love peanut butter, but i was disappointed by the PB powder...
it did make nice chicken satay sauce though.0 -
I can't imagine it would be worthwhile reconstituted, as the pleasure of nut butters for me is the fat and related mouth feel.
It's great for flavor, however, like in a smoothie or oats or a chicken satay sauce, sure. When I have a smoothie or oats I usually want some fat, though, so tend to use nuts and not the powdered product, but for calorie savings it would work.1
