Jawbone UP24 won’t sync on here

Hello, I’m having trouble getting my UP24 to sync on the app. It’s set to count my steps but it doesn’t sync them on here. It does on the Jawbone app though...

I think you can get around it by syncing it with either Apple Health or Strava and then linking that to your MFP account.
