It depends. It's like asking how long is a piece of string.

B'cos last week I was 18 lbs down. After an extensive travelling for two days both my legs are swollen. Now it shows an increase of 10 lbs. So I am worried.

Travel will do that. It can take a week to settle. Maybe less stress over the scale number would be good? It's easily influenced by a lot of factors, so not a great measure anyway.

I'm a puffy, watery balloon after a lot of travel. I think I've topped out at 10lbs before. All came off over a couple of weeks.
