If you're looking for an EXCELLENT warmup for squats and deadlifts... see the link below. It takes me about 10 minutes to complete, it's not tough, but it has basically eliminated my hip pain/tightness and improved my depth in the squat.

Was originally suggested to me in Wendler's "Beyond 5/3/1"... and if it continues to keep me loose and improve mobility, I will swear by it.

SO needed to see this today! Two weeks ago I started to notice tightness and soreness high up on my thigh, like where your femur connects into your pelvis/hips. Then last week I felt it while I was doing my squats, especially hack squats. Today it happened again. I actually walked around for awhile like a little old lady until it went away. Now I know what to do about it. Thank you much for sharing!
