Softball season starts in about 4 months. How much body fat could one lose in that amount of time? Asking for a friend.

Seriously, in 4 months you could lose 16 lbs. But that depends on a bunch of stuff. It would be better to gain muscle then focus on fat lose.0 -

Seriously, in 4 months you could lose 16 lbs. But that depends on a bunch of stuff. It would be better to gain muscle then focus on fat lose.

Not knowing much about it, I'd say 1 softball could lose about 6 body fats in 4 months

I wouldn't shoot for any more than 1.5 pounds a week and that's pushing it. Youll lose a lot of muscle in the process. You should really try to drop a pound a week. So your looking at about 17 pounds while maintaining as much muscle mass as possible.0

Is it not possible to gain muscle whilst losing body fat? I was watching a "perfect physique" documentary on Netflix and they were talking about how they have figured out how to gain muscle while losing body fat. They just didn't say how.0 -
