Good old monohydrate, most of the creatine
Studies are on Mono and it’s dirt cheap3 -
Oh really none? I heard good and bad things bout it and since I never used it before I dk if it's safe or not0
-
Perfectly safe, one of the most studied supplements known to man.
Creatine Mono, is the cheapest, and best for that reason... but what are you expecting it to do?
I'm guessing you've been sold a line based on how you are talking about it.5 -
Some details and links you may be interested in. Look under the Performance and Muscle building section.

examine.com has loads of useful info on creatine - well worth a read.
( @JeromeBarry1 - might be worth you reading it too....)
It's very well studied and understood, just a shame that I'm one of the people who are either non-responders or maybe gets enough anyway from my regular food.
Monohydrate is very inexpensive and effective for most people.4 -

Please state your reasoning since all you gave OP was a one word inconclusive answer

Creatine monohydrate. Just the stuff itself, not in a mix, so you can control the dose.
I never suffered any I'll effects from it personally, which is anecdotal, but it's widely studied and effective for many.
I don't take it anymore because I'm in a zone where I have to cut to my weight class in competition. But, if I were off-season and not cutting heck yeah I would take it!1 -
one of the most researched and supported supplements out there - as others said, any creatine monohydrate is fine - don't get suckered into buying some expensive/fancy kind - it should be pretty cheap.2

Bulk monohydrate micronized.
If you have GI issues, try HCL or one of the other varieties.
See examine.com for studies and dosing. Normally 5-8 grams daily is appropriate.
Buy bulk on amazon or GNC or wherever. You may need to find a scoop or a scale if you buy bulk powder. I like the scoop that comes with Amino energy powder. It's got a good long handle and will get you between 5-6 grams per scoop. It's also relatively inexpensive, as a flavor for your morning/pre-workout powder.3 -

I chuck mine in my protein shake. Never considered doing lines of it....does it get it into the system quicker?0 -

Not lying, I saw a piece on the news last night about idiots who are snorting protein powder because they think it makes for better gains.
As to the OP, buy plain creatine monohydrate. There's no evidence that any other form is better/more efficient/whatever. If you want to learn more about it, there's a very comprehensive, research-backed summary of it here: https://examine.com/supplements/creatine/0 -

Plain, cheap creatine monohydrate. At $18 a kilo it's hard to find cheaper and it's no better or worse than the name brand stuff.0 -
I ordered some from myprotein.com after looking at labdoor.com to find out which brands had the least amount of fillers and crap in them. It's cheap.
