Full body workout with chest emphasis

I’m 53 and am returning to the gym and am looking for a workout routine with an emphasis on increasing chest size and showing abs. This is for a routine over the course of days and not a full body workout all in one day (Day One, Day Two, etc.).
I’m in okay shape right now (5’ 11”, 188 pounds, 23% body fat, 1,500 calories/day, 20 minutes cardio per day), but need to tone up and increase chest size. I just joined LA Fitness, but am at a loss on what exactly to do. I want to be careful and not hurt my shoulder like I need two years, which was so bad, I couldn’t pitch batting practice to my son anymore. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

If you just joined the gym, there's a chance there's a free personal training session included (most gyms I've been to had that). Sign up for one and work with a trainer to come up with a plan that you can continue on your own.0

Thanks for the post. I actually did have a free session, but the kid was young and didn't provide me with a good plan.0 -
Heh I was going to say don’t emphasise the chest ... two much pushing and not enough pulling will puff your chest up at the expense of your back and the uneven muscle distribution with give you shoulder pain and fill your shoulders forwards .... you need to have a bsllsnced physique so work the back as well
I know this because Tyler knows this
Still 6 months of emphasising back and easing off chest and it’s better now0
