Hi All. I'm on ketogenic diet and all is going very well. The weight is coming off, my blood sugars are fab and I feel fantastic. Just 44lbs to go. What I want to know is about net carbs. If I take the fibre number from the cabs number does this give me net carbs? I was hoping going premium it would give me these readings but no. Anyvice would be great thanks.

Basically yes, although there are a couple other things that can be subtracted too (sugar alcohols I know). But net carbs has never been a feature on here, premium users or not.

Generally, yes, net carbs is only sugar and starches, not fiber.

However, in many countries (UK, Australia, among others), carbs on a label will already not include fiber (or fibre, as they would have it). In the US and Canada, it does.

If you are in a country that does not include it in the carb count already, you would not subtract it, at least not when using labels from those countries and not US information.
