Hello, im trying to buckle down and lose 80 pounds! I have a long way to go. Since ive met my husband I've gotten way to comfortable and gained quite a bit of weight. Im taking back my confidence and going to start feelinf good! Advice, motivation, and support welcomed. good luck everybody!

The first covers accurate logging and some of the tools in MFP to help you make things easier. The second discusses caloric needs and setting goals. These two posts completely changed my MFP experience and helped me be much more successful, so I hope they do the same for you.
