Question since I am new to calorie counting coming over from WW and trying to get the hang of it. We had an extra 35 Points to eat each week which was nice too. Just curious for those who are transitioning from WW about how many calories your eating? My calorie level is 1290 and it’s not always easy for me to stick to that but I have about 50 pounds to lose so I am really trying to stick to the suggestion. Miss my additional weekly points to work with but just couldn’t stick to the new plan.

You can look at your calories as a Weekly goal, rather than trying to hit them Daily. For example, you could plan to eat 1200 every day and save those 90 to use whenever you wish during the week.
Keep in mind that weight loss is a marathon, not a sprint. If 1290 doesn't work for you, experiment to find a calorie goal that does work but still leaves you in a deficit.1
