This was nice, light and refreshing. Really liked the salsa with the tomatoes, capers, jalapenos and olive. Yes, olives. Also, no heavy sour cream or even yogurt needed with any of it.

Nice! I love fish tacos. Here in the SE US, grouper and mahi can often be bought fresh and work well in fish tacos.
For lazier folks, I sometimes get taco or fajita kits. Some bigger grocery stores have low sodium and more flavorful choices than the major brand (Taco Hell and Old El Barfo :bigsmile: ) stuff. You can saute fish and substitute it and it tastes pretty good.0 -
