it's been 5days since i joined the app and i just found out there's a whole community i can interact with, haha noob! so yeah, i'm Rouky from France. i've already lost 20.6kgs (in just one year) including 0.6kgs since i joined "my fitness pal". 4kgs remaining until i reach my weight goal!! i'm stoked.
