Hii! I’m a girl and i use my fitnesspal for nearly 5 months now! I really like the app and i lost around 15,5 pounds while i needed to lose around 12 pounds maybe. Now i’m trying to stop losing wait but the problem is that it really is harder than losing the actual weight!!! Never thought this was possible. I find it really challenging to stay at the weight i’ve came to without being so overwhelmed by all kinds of food and being a slave of numbers, calories and grams! All my family and friend are noticing that i am being so crazy about everything that is food, it is like i am effraid of food! Sometimes i would not eat anything all day and stay at a poor 1000 calories, but then another day i would eat like 150 grams of sugar and 200 grams of fat (in around 2200 calories worth of food). I need support☹️

maybe try and relax about it a bit. it's normal to have low calorie then higher calorie days. as long as overall it's a good number for you. as far as maintaining goes, i'd still be pretty vigilant about tracking calories until you get an idea of how much you should be eating per day to maintain your weight. i find it comes back on pretty easily if you're not careful! there is a fine line between crazy and genius and if crazy has led to your success then who cares what anyone else might think!2

You can do this. Relax and trust yourself. Set mfp on maintenance and use that as a guide. Most people add those extra calories in a week at a time so they can adjust as needed. Remember that your weight will fluctuate. Pick a range you are happy with, not a number. Continue to weigh and log. Congratulations on meeting your goal!0

calm down, you got this - set your calories on maintenance or minus 1lb /week. try to say close to that - get up and move around/exercise & eat your veggies - Eastcoast Jim3

Do you like fruits and vegetables? Do you like any kind of nuts? These foods are healthful so they are good foods to try. If you keep weighing yourself a couple of times a week, you can relax more since you will know when you are gaining or losing weight. Good luck.1
