Trying to shape up and take care of the last 20!

I started in 2015 at 161lbs.. 1lb into the overweight range for my BMI. I said to myself 'nope, I can't let this keep up' and I lost 10lbs pretty quickly. Stayed there for a year or so and then lost another 10. Now I've gained that 10 back! I'm around 150 (haven't weighed myself recently) and starting calorie counting so I can finally get to my goal weight of 130.
I'm starting with an aggressive target of 1200cal/day (including eating back exercise) because I know seeing fast results will motivate me-- then I'll bump it up.
Sugar is my biggest enemy.. I LOVE it. Candy.. ugh. Any sort of sweets. I could eat nothing but that and be happy. But I know I need to take care of my body!
Besides all that, my favorite things to do are work in my community garden, hang out with my dog, and cook from cookbooks!
