Hi! I am a 46 year old female who has 56 lbs to truly lose (as in never find it again). I lost that much about 8 years ago and I let it slowly creep back on. No one to thank, but myself. I want to truly lose it this time, as in "not reach a goal and party" but truly make a lifestyle change. Slow but steady. We got this.
