Any warehouse workers here? Calories-burned question.

I work part-time at a warehouse and my duties include non-stop walking and box moving for roughly 4 hours (give or take). One 15-minute break. I am hauling the entire time.

I know I'm burning a lot of calories but I'm having a hard time coming up with a reasonable figure. I wish I had a fitbit or a fitness tracker to give me a more accurate idea.

So I'm wondering if anyone here has figured this out?

I would just look at the activity level descriptors and select the one that best describes you day to day and roll it up into your activity level rather than logging it as exercise.

    This^^
Just don't overestimate since it's less than 4 hours and not every day. I'd probably choose lightly active to average out over the week.

So I have a part time gig that is significantly more active than my M-F job, so I came up with my estimates a little differently.

I ran the IIFYM calculator for both a sedentary and a light activity. I then took the caloric difference, divided it by 7, and added 2 days worth of the extra back into my weekly calories (I'm at the P/T job 2 days a week).

Because I prefer to eat about the same amount day to day, this worked a little better for me and accounted for having the extra activity that otherwise just wasn't really included. Thus far seems to be working out relatively well for me.
