Logging Deli Salads

How do you log salads like macaroni or potatoe salad from a deli. I am not to sure how to figure out the calories

    I find an entry in the database that looks similar (major grocery stories will often have calorie information available for their deli salads) and use that.

    thanks. I found one for Walmart wasn't to sure how right it was
