Hi everyone! I’m looking to tone that little pouch you get after having a baby. I don’t necessarily need to lose weight just tighten up! Tips, tricks, food & exercise advice, etc is welcome. Thank you

Have you come across this thread yet: http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/1161603/so-you-want-a-nice-stomach/p1
It's listed in the "Most Helpful Posts (must reads)" and covers most of the basics.8 -
You gotta really eat clean. Abs are made in the kitchen.28

Abs are made in the kitchen ie. calorie deficit. You don't need to obsessively wash your food (or whatever supposedly 'clean' food really 'means') to have a flat stomach.
The nice stomach thread is probably best. I have a fairly flat stomach just from weight loss. Weight loss and time, as the skin can take a while to regain whatever elasticity it's going to retain (never gonna go back 100%)6 -

There are hundreds of definitions of "clean eating", and they won't do anything if you aren't in a calorie deficit
OP, read the thread linked above. You can't spot reduce, but there are some excellent tips in there.10 -
Also consider that you may have diastasis recti. There are threads on that as well.2

Well I’m a WFPB eater. That’s clean enough

Abs are made in the kitchen, but the dishwasher is for cleanup only.5
