Funniest Gym moment

Thought this would be a good way to get some laugh and share some good stories.
One of mine was watching a friends try to show off on the incline bench with a little to much weight, as he strained to push the bar up he soiled his drawers.
It was loud and shot out both side of his shorts, poor guy never returned to that guy.
