I've never written anything on here before but lately I feel like I need some help. I've dealt with severe depression for many years now and I've been recovering from anorexia for almost a year. I am 5'6 and now weigh 128 lbs.. I feel like I am slowly falling back into my old habits eating under 1,000 calories everyday and working out.. I have a fear of eating over 1,000 calories. I just want to build muscle and get lean and I know that won't happen until I put more food and protein in my body. If someone can help me id really appreciate it I just want to feel good in my own skin for once!

    Honestly this^

As much as I wish someone here could help you, they can't. If you still have the info from the doctor and team you worked with before, I'd suggest calling them as soon as possible. If you are unable to reach them, here is a link from MFP. If you scroll down, it has links that might be able to help you.

1,000 is an arbitrary number. Please get back in touch with your treatment team before it gets more difficult. You can do this.

Do you think it may be time to Heal instead of calorie count?

At some point enough is enough

This life is such a rare opportunity
    Don't let it slip by
You need to eat to nourish your amazing and sacred body

When you're in your darkest hours
If you can hang in there, and fight through Something good is going to come out of it

    Don't give up

    Talk to your doctors
    Take care of yourself xo
