Refocusing

Ok everybody, I used to comment and stuff on here a lot, but I fell off of doing that and want to start again. You ever just feel like you want to start over? Not that you are doing badly, but just to refocus. That is what I’m doing. So Sunday (because I won’t be rushing to work and I will have time to weigh in and measure) I’m starting all over from where I am (which is about 170 with lifting and cardio. I’m going to start doing cardio at a bit of a lower target heart rate, do a little less cardio and more lifting.. if anyone has advice for me I’m all ears! Also, congrats for all y’all that are still hanging in there.
