hey Everyone Im Chris Rocco I hate groups and forums....Been kicked out of pretty much all I ever joined because Im a real freakin Newyorkerr and am straight honest and I feel PC is *kitten*..but its great to be back and have learned so much since I was on here about 5 years ago and want to learn and inspire . What Im doing is unusual and kinda weird but the results have been amazing!!

    Hey, back on myself used this app years ago and lost weight but in the past year I have gained a lot of weight back. So thought I would come back on and try again!
