Hi there, names Mike (near London UK) and I’m a Fat Guy Over Forty (FG OFf) who aims to become healthier, fitter and as a result happier by making some life changing commitments to diet, exercise and lifestyle. I’ve tried before and failed (yo-yoed back to where I started). This time I’m determined to succeed and seek other FG OFfs to support one another during those difficult times, when the kids are screaming, the wife says “everythings fine” or work has you by the short and curlies 80 hrs a week!!’
