Hurts....IS this normal?

after running two days (and walking) my fat that jiggles hurts...lol is that normal?
does this mean if i keep it up it will go away.....:)
I mean i don't have a whole lot of fat but its all over my hips and after running
it really does feel sore..but a good sore :0)

    That's the result of the fat holding onto your hips even tighter than normal. Because it loves being there, and you are trying to evict it, the fat will fight you.

    So yes, this is normal. Every Time you run, every time you exercise, the fat loses a little bit of it's grip. The pain stops as the fat falls away.

    I've had it happen on occasion. I don't know why or what causes it though.

    Oh man, I have never heard of this. I can't help from experience (to be clear, not because it's abnormal or anything, but because I have never been overweight enough to have this issue), but I do know some women who are overweight and wear a band around their torsos to keep things in place. Might help?
