    I have lost 19 lbs in the last 10 months and am not far from my goal. Suddenly I don’t want to write in diary and am having cravings. I am going to start exercising and hope that I can get off this plateau and my fatigue at dieting. Any suggestions or support appreciated. Jinny Johnson, age 74, Annapolis, Md.
