General advice: If you want to succeed, stop looking for tips and tricks and motivation (repeated so often that it's become a buzzword), and instead investigate how weightloss works. You lose weight when you eat less. You can't lose fast unless you're very overweight - up to 1% of your bodyweight is a safe and doable weekly goal (and up to means that several factors decide if 1% is attainable for you).
Diabetes 1 means that you have additional challenges and you need to work with your doctor.5 -
There aren't any ways to lose weight fast and keep it off.
Losing weight is all about life style changes. You need to form better, healthy habits. Start small: switch to drinking diet soda, then seltzer, then water. Small changes are what will stick. If you go into it super gung-ho, going at it full force, you're destined to fail.
If you set super strict rules right off the bat, when you mess up, you're more likely to just give up.
Start small, develop healthier habits, and the weight loss will come.2 -
Take it one day at a time.1
