M/25 on a fatloss journey. CW 190. GW 160.

Hello fam. Hope y’all doing well.
I am 25 year old guy.,5’8” at 190 lbs.
I am going gym and eating healthy from a month. I am stuck without a routine or regime. Can anyone guide me to a good tried and tested routine. I am on and off the gym from past few years and i am aware of the basics just struggling with a proper routine.
