Help me out guys. I’ve been tracking my weight and dietary intake/exercise for over 3 years. I’m 6 kg heavier than I want to but I’m stuck! What do I do??

You've been eating at maintenance if you haven't list any weight in 3 years.
What are your stats?2 -
75 kg, 182 cm 32 cm waist0

given your stats you might want to look at recomp instead of weight loss3

I agree with recomp. There's a great thread running by usmcmp on recomposition. Just do a search.1

What is recomp?
Recomp is short for recomposition. It means maintaining your weight or eating at a slight deficit while reshaping your body. The best advice for it is here: https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/10177803/recomposition-maintaining-weight-while-losing-fat/p12 -
I took the time to review what I was doing when I was 5 kg lighter; I’ve dropped around 300 calories a day off my daily schedule - so that’s where I’ll focus, I suspect I’ll have met my goal within 3 weeks - we’ll see!1

How do you feel? How do you look? Do you have lots of energy? Maybe your at your healthy weight! I would rather go by my waistline size! The scale doesn’t know if it’s fat or lean muscle that’s causing the scale to go up!0
