Excersise Routine

I have been dieting for a month now and have lost 10 pounds. I would love to start exercising some more to lose even more weight and just be even more fit in general. I have one crack in the road though I don't really know what to start with since I've never had a set excersise time. I don't have any excersise equipment as well as no access to a gym. If any one has some good routines or tips it would be greatly appreciated. One of the main things I struggle with is push-ups, but besides that I'm able to do most anything else.

    No equipment, no problem. There are plenty of free online Youtube workout videos from reputable trainers. Get started with some beginner bodyweight workouts and walking. You can also sub a couple of canned goods or water bottles for dumbbells.
