Hello! Not my first time on MFP, but I could do with a few friends as a lot seem to have left :-)

Looking for some positive support and community.

I’m an active logger and doing C25k at the moment. Focusing on losing weight through being healthy

I completed c25k but found hiking to be more my style. Nothing like spending a week on the trail with nothing but what's on your back. Good luck!
