HI GUYS!

Any recommendations on the best supplements to take before / after a workout to increase performance?

My diet is low carbs and works well with maintaining my weight which I'm happy with - the only downfall is I feel like my strength when lifting is not improving & I can't exceed the current weights I'm lifting (80kg barbell squat, 50kg deadlift, 10kg shoulder press, 8 kg chest flyes)

I'm not looking to change my diet, I'm more aiming toward a supplement that would help with muscle performance.

More info about your training is required.

    Coffee pre-workout (caffeine) for energy.

As for increasing your poundages, there are techniques you can try such as different rep ranges, assistance exercises, etc.

Non-pharmaceutical supplements are frankly, not effective. Competitive powerlifters in most cases (except natural) use drugs.

Increasing bodyweight usually results in strength gains.

There are natural limits to strength which vary by individual.
